Found very easy to do

Having booked the test and received the kit it was upsetting and annoying that you sunsetted the video part to another company the day before our tests were due to be taken. Not very helpful in an already stressful process.

Excellent Azova telehealth service. Prentice Instructions provided at various points about activating kit differ depending on what faqs you read. Test results took nearly 4 hours to be received which was very stressful. No number to contact anyone for delayed testing results

Kristian, who conducted our tests, was excellent. We hadn't used Zoom before but that didn't matter. We were guided through the process with ease. He explained each step and made sure that we were aware of any timescales.
We could not have been in better hands.

Had to get video supervised Covid test for upcoming cruise, chose Prenetics based on other decent reviews. Test was conducted via Zoom, very straightforward and easy process, the friendly nurse guides you step by step through the actual test, then makes sure that you know what you have to do next - basically take a picture of your result and upload it to them. The certificate arrived in email a little later on that evening (mine arrived after their stated time limit of 3 hours, hence the 4 stars). I'd use them again if needed as although the certificate was slightly late, the professional and friendly service more than made up for it.

Kristian was very helpful and did not rush us. Being techno novices Kristian was very patient with us. Explained everything thoroughly step by step. We were made to be very relaxed by the whole experience, which initially were very nervous about. Really can recommend Prenetics.

We were quite in awe of doing this test especially we are in Rome. But thanks to your systems and Jessica (who was excellent) it went so much better then expected. So when required we will using it again especially as we now have an account.

The Nurse Wendy was very good professional but friendly disposition once I connected with her via zoom all straightforward and well explained.
Before the test I was sent a confusing amount of emails some containing irrelevant information and the video showing how to complete the test seemed to be for an unobserved test and was narrated too fast. If I had followed the advice on that video I may well have activated my test too early causing all sorts of stress and issues.

Was really nervous about an observed lateral flow but needn't have worried the nurse Amour was lovely. She explained everything and was so patient and nothing was rushed. Was so quick and easy and got results through no problem. Would definitely use again if we had to

Great staff. Very professional and helpful. Responds quickly to queries. Spoke to a man called Tshego. He was fantastic. After panicking, he reassured me that my test result means negative and sent me an email as he said he would. He made me feel so much better. He called me when I was on hold and was very polite

Our observed LFT's were arranged 2 weeks previously.
Despite reservations and concerns the customer service was extremly helpful each time I called.
On the day Vincent guided us through, he was punctual, friendly, informative, not rushed and patient. The whole thing went well, despite never having had to do such a thing on line before. The results were also communicated well.

I found Joseph to be helpful and friendly. You do not have to wait to long before the phone is answered, if you do they take the time to ring you back. Joseph also made some enquiries for me and emailed them to me, which I appreciated. I would be happy, to recommend this company.

I've used Prenetics for my Covid testing since 2021. They have always delivered the kits on time and been easy to deal with. The latest test was an observed one and it was a first. Everything was explained step by step and thank goodness the results came back promptly and negative. Make sure you have everything you need to hand and that the photo of the test you submit is really clear, then the whole thing is really straight forward.

I ordered the antigen tests for my cruise and they arrived promptly. Day of cruise today - we all did the tests, fairly basic and easy, uploaded to website then certificate was available in a few minutes. Very quick and easy. I would definitely use Project Screen again.
